Before planning to have children, I have always wanted to be sure I was well prepared for them. Having twins makes planning even more significant. What have I arranged.... 529 Plans and don't let me forget the Savings Bonds (A friend reminded me of these). I figured if I put $500 a month into each of the boys college fund we would have around $108K in 18 years. That should be a good start if they decide to go to a school like Duke or UNC. I want my boys to be successful and have every chance in life and being prepared for their future is a must. We always want our children to be fly with clothing and the fresh hair cut/style but most urban mothers forget about the college fund or just teaching their children about finances all together. I'm correcting all the wrongs and unknowns my mother forgot with me.
Both of my boys will have it all (not just the lastest gear).

I should mention that in the picture (which is a section of their hutch) both the Silver Piggy banks are just about full with silver coin and green cash. They are on their way. Can't wait to take them to the Bank to open their first accounts.
